Nishta Jhurree
Managing Director

Oozing with strength, wearing her confidence in her smile, she is always ready to take on the world…

Co-Founder & General Manager of Uncut, Nishta holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing, from the Digital Marketing Institute, a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Glamorgan and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Wales, UK.

Once back to Mauritius, she landed herself in the Media & Advertising Industry, fell in love with it and since then there has been no turning back. Sales and Marketing have become her core competences over time.

She has been one of the founding members of the first media agency in Mauritius, Touch Point nurturing local and international brands in varied industries like the FMCG, Education, Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, Airline and many more.

After being headhunted to work for Harel Mallac, she then seized an opportunity and rose to the challenge of establishing Uncut, with the help of few important people and further expanded the business with the help of her current business partners.

Nawaz Peerbux, Director of Uncut graduated with honours in international business with French at Derby University. Born and raised in the UK he started his first construction company, Ambux Ltd in 2004 in the West Midlands which later crossed the oceans into Mauritius. His persistent thirst for new challenges and exciting business ventures brought him to the doors of Uncut where he has been a key player in the restructuring and branding of this dynamic company. Marketing has been a requisite for his international success and has been ubiquitous throughout his journey… Having worked in Dubai, Indonesia, UK, and Mauritius, he stands firms that a good business model needs the support of effective marketing to become a successful business. This is the campaign which he conveys through Uncut.

Saj Hussain

Saj Hussain, although having pursued his education in media has always had a flare in business and been very influential with his negotiation skills. Always dedicated to what he does, what started off a one van delivery service a few years ago, has now turned into a multi-million-pound business with a fleet of vans delivering across the UK. In parallel, Saj has always been attracted to new businesses where he has invested his time and efforts in businesses in the UK, Malaysia, Dubai and now Mauritius. His business instinct has made him a key asset, where he provides crucial advice monitoring market trends and directing investment where it is most lucrative.

Osman is a young member of the team who has worked his way up the ranks based on his pure determination and commitment to the task he has been given. He started off early sourcing land and researching potential projects for companies to invest. He has since been a crucial part to the growth of an international development company where he has successfully assisted with multi-million-dollar investments. His sharp eye and love for the property industry has brought him to where he is.

Oliver Gracieux
Creative Lead

A Man of many talents and limitless inspirations….

After completing a BA (Hons) Fine Arts with specialisation in Applied Arts from the University of Mauritius, Oliver started his first job at Mauritius Stationery Manufacturers (MSM) Ltd. After a couple of years, in 2009, he joined ATOBA where he discovered the advertising world while working as a Senior Designer. He was also a part-time lecturer in Advertising and Professional Practice at Mahatma Gandhi Institute prior to joining CZAM as an Art Director in 2016. Two years later, he joined Uncut as Creative Lead. During these past years, he worked for famous brands like, CFAO Motors (Hyundai/Chevrolet), Banque des Mascareignes, Mauritius Union, Nando’s, Canal+, Band & Olufsen…

Prashaant is loaded with full-fletched expertise in Graphic Design, Community Management and Brand Reputation Management. He has a passion for Effective Communication, and puts it into practice, since he believes this is the most efficient way to connect businesses and people while maintaining outstanding standards online and offline. With 5 years working experience in B2B and B2C segments, he has also successfully worked on the design of websites, mobile apps, digital & print media and management of social media platforms. Prashaant embarked on a new career path in mid-2019 and is currently pursuing his MBA to contribute to his skills and abilities for professional and personal development.
